London Shopping Walks
So, is it to be a summer of sport or a summer of shopping? Well, if shopping were an Olympic sport we’d certainly be up there competing with the very best at London 2012.
Sadly our letters to Lord Coe went astray and it’s just not to be, but we are sharing the all shopping knowledge you’ll need if you’re visting London during the Olympics.
Our London Shopping Walks will help you see more of the city this summer. After all, you won’t be in the Olympic Park the whole time - and if London has something to offer it’s some of the best shopping in the world!
At SalesGossip we’ve teamed up with Trip Stylist to bring you a series of 6 London Shopping Walks. Designed to share all our favourite shopping destinations around the city with you, there really is something for everyone – hip shoreditch to cosmopolitan Covent Garden, the pop-up shop hot spot (try saying that fast) that is Carnaby Street to the sartorial delights of Savile Row and Sloane Square, and even the secret celebrity haunts of Primrose Hill.
Along with famous London landmarks, such as Liberty and Harrods, we’ll also take you off the well beaten tourist track to discover new favourites. Locals might even learn a thing or two.
Kathryn Abram from Trip Stylist is a whizz with self-guided London walks – and has worked her magic on our 6 chosen shopping destinations. Each walk includes step by step instructions, easy to follow maps and interesting facts as you follow the route of recommended shops, sights and coffee stops.

Look out for a style guide for each area coming soon – first up it’s what to buy in Carnaby Street…
