James Bond: Skyfall Style
If anything sums up James Bond’s sense of style, it’s got to be the tux. Accessorised with a glass of dry Martini – shaken not stirred – a nifty watch that fires tranquilizer darts and GPS tracking cufflinks, the look is unmistakably Bond.
At SalesGossip HQ we’re all very excited to see what Daniel Craig will be wearing in Skyfall, since Ford, Tom Ford himself has designed Bond’s entire wardrobe, from daywear through to eveningwear (and fingers crossed some tight swimming trunks too).
Speaking of the appointment Ford said: ‘I have been dressing Daniel for some time and know that he looks best when simply dressed, so we did some beautiful suits, tuxedos and daywear. We didn’t really modify our suits, as James Bond is a bit like our guy – classic and extremely elegant.’
So there you have it, aside from all the gadgets and the girls the Bond look revolves around a simple suit. All you boys who want to make a sartorial nod to James Bond this season had better get suit shopping.
