Fran Cotton and Steve Smith have led eventful lives. After enjoying huge success as International rugby players through the '70s, they founded Cotton Traders in 1987 and over the years have made it into one of the most successful mail order companies in the UK. It now employs 1000 staff and has 29 stores around the country, plus an online store.
In 1991 Cotton Traders were awarded the license to produce replica England rugby shirts, and to this day Cotton Traders remain the place to find all your rugby and casualwear essentials.
