West End shops
The West End is an essential part of shopping in London with its global mix of over 2,000 shops. There really is shopping, entertainment and culture like nowhere else.
There are such a mass of shops in the West End due to the fact that it encompasses huge shopping areas such as: Oxford Street, Leicester Square, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, Bond Street, Covent Garden and Carnaby Street, but to name a few. The stores here are some of the biggest brands in the world such as Banana Republic, Selfridges, Marks and Spencer, GAP, Fenwick, Debenhams, John Lewis, and Burberry, but to name a few.
One of London’s most famous streets is Regent Street, which borders Mayfair on the east, running from Oxford Circus to Piccadilly Circus. Always a popular up-market shopping area, it is one of the finest thoroughfares in town. A huge number of top branded outfitting stores have their flagship outlets here, such as department store Liberty’s.
